a) Team 11 charges a Platform Fee from the User(s), for making available its e-platform where various games of skill & other content are available and providing the service to the Users to participate in those games of skill or consume the content as offered.
b) The Platform Fee may be a fixed percentage of the Designated Amount (usually between 0% and 33%) s well as an additional component that may be leviable at the time of withdrawal, as Platform Maintenance Fee, Monthly Platform Maintenance Fees etc. in lieu of services provided by the Team 11 Platform. This Platform Fee shall be levied in the manner provided in these Terms of Use or as may be notified to the user from time to time..
c) Team 11, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the Bonus Program and at its sole discretion, may give a Discount in the Platform Fee or any other benefit or reward which will represent free service to the extent of its utilisation by the User on the Team 11 platform. Some examples are as under: – Platform Fee Examples (non-exhaustive) Tournaments For each user entering a cash tournament, the Team 11 Platform Fee is calculated as (1 – Total Cash prize offered / (open slots x Designated Amount)) * Designated Amount. For instance, in a 5-player tournament with a Designated Amount of रु100 and total cash prizes of रु450: The Team 11 Platform Fee per user registering with रु100 would be (1 – रु450 / (रु100 x 5)) * रु100 = रु10. This calculation applies to tournaments hosted by users, pooled tournaments, or non-guaranteed tournaments. Pooled Tournaments: These tournaments offer increasing total winnings as more slots are filled, while the Platform Fee per registration remains constant. Non-Guaranteed Tournaments: If the minimum required number of users don’t join, these tournaments get cancelled, and all Designated Amounts paid are refunded. Battles For each completed 2-player cash battle, the Team 11 Platform Fee is calculated as (1 – Total Cash prize offered / (2 x Designated Amount)) * Designated Amount. For example, in a 2-player battle with a Designated Amount of रु100, where the winner(s) receive(s) रु180: The Team 11 Platform Fee per user participating with रु100 would be (1 – रु180 / (रु100 x 2)) * रु100 = रु10. In multiplayer battles where multiple players can win cash prizes, the Total Cash prize offered varies with the number of participants: Team 11 Platform Fee is calculated as (1 – Total Cash prize offered per the number of players who participated / (number of players who participated x Designated Amount)) * Designated Amount. For instance, in a 5-player battle with a रु100 Designated Amount and 3 participants, with a total prize of रु270: The Team 11 Platform Fee per participant with रु100 would be (1 – रु270 / (रु100 x 3)) * रु100 = रु10. Battle Arenas Battle Arenas are a unique form of competition where users pay a single Designated Amount to participate. In Battle Arenas, players engage in battle-style contests against each other. At the conclusion of the Battle Arenas duration, players are ranked on a leaderboard based on the number of wins they achieved throughout their battles. Cash prizes are awarded to the winners based on their rank in the leaderboard. The Team 11 Platform Fee for participating in Battle Arenas is a predetermined percentage of the Designated Amount. It’s important to note that this Team 11 Platform Fee is subject to change in accordance with Team 11’s policy, without prior notice. Fantasy Contests For each user who joins a cash contest, the Team 11 Platform Fee is determined by the formula: (1 – Total Cash prize offered / (open slots x Designated Amount)) * Designated Amount. If a contest allows a user to register multiple teams, each team registered by the user counts as a slot filled in the contest. For instance, in a 5-player contest with a Designated Amount of रु100, and a total cash prize of रु450, the Team 11 Platform Fee collected from each user for each team he/she registers with रु 100 will be equal to (1 – रु450 / (रु100 x 5)) * रु100 = रु10. This same calculation applies to contests hosted by Users, Pooled contests, or Non-Guaranteed contests. Pooled contests are those where the total winnings increase with the number of slots filled in the tournament. However, the Platform Fee for each team registration remains constant regardless of the number of slots filled. Non-Guaranteed contests are contests that are cancelled, and all Designated Amounts paid are refunded if the minimum number of required users did not join the tournament. Points rummy Team 11 Platform Fee for each table is equal to sum of Rake % * Points Given * point value of the table by each of the players barring the winner. Rake % varies across points rummy tables. It can be found when tapped on the info button at the top right of each table. For example, in a 0.1 point value lobby with a rake % of 12%, in a round if 5 players were playing and one player won. Say each of the 4 players who lost gave 25 points each. Then the total Platform Fee = 12% * 25*4 * 0.1 = RS.1.2 Pool Rummy For example, in a pool rummy game of RS. 100 entry and 5 people have played it. Let’s say the Rake % for this table is 12%. Then in the current example, Team 11 Platform Fee will be calculated as 12%* 100*5 = Rs.60 The Rake % varies from table to table and from time to time. You can check the value by taking on the info icon at the top right of each table. Poker Team 11 Platform Fee for each Poker Lobby is calculated based on the amount that is put in the pot * Rake% for the table. Rake % vary for each price point and also depends on the number of players in the hand. For example – Rake % is at 4%* if only 2 people are playing in a hand in the 0.1/0.2 lobby. and is at 5%* is more than 2 people are playing in the hand. if 3 players are playing a hand in the 0.1/0.2 lobby and the pot value becomes rs 10 then an amount of (10*0.05) = 50 paisa will be collected as a Platform Fee. Each table has a predefined max limit of the Platform Fee that will be collected in each hand. Information for both the rake% and the max limit on Platform Fee can be found by pressing the “i”(information button) on the top right side of the poker table. As you play in higher lobbies the rake % and max Platform Fee that can be collected on the pot value and big blind relatively reduce. Platform Fee at Withdrawal A portion of the Platform fee may also be charged at the stage of withdrawing Winnings, either at the game level or platform level. This Platform fee at withdrawal may vary based on the offers provided by Team 11 at any given time and will be communicated to the Users before initiating the withdrawal, either at the game or platform level. Team 11 may offer upfront discounts on the Platform Fee applicable at withdrawal in exchange for accumulated XPs, according to the conversion ratio determined and communicated by Team 11 to the Users for each withdrawal at the game or platform level.
4. Participation in Contests
4.1 Users may utilise the Platform to participate in various Contests available on the Platform.
4.2 To participate in a Contest, each User might need to pay a Designated Amount to the Platform, which is deducted from the Balance available in the User’s Account. 4.3 Each Contest has a predetermined limit on the number of Users that can participate and a specified entry deadline. A Contest is considered valid on the Platform only if the required number of Users register for the Contest before the designated entry time.

d) Team 11 does not issue receipts for entries in the Contests. The entries are recorded within the Account on the Platform. It is the responsibility of Users to ensure that entries are accurate and Winnings are duly credited to their Account.
e) Tax, levies, duties, etc., applicable on prizes (cash or otherwise) shall be borne by the User. Effective from April 1, 2023, in compliance with updates in applicable law, a TDS of 30% shall be deducted at the time of withdrawal on positive “net winnings” in a given financial year OR if there have been no withdrawals, based on the closing balance at the end of the financial year. Team 11 does not permit any cash withdrawal against any idle balance lying in any user’s Team 11 account except in accordance with applicable law. 4.8 B. Platform Maintenance Fees (“Maintenance Fees”) As of the Effective Date set out above, if a User’s Account is lying dormant for a period of 365 days, Team 11 shall charge additional Platform Maintenance Fees towards maintenance costs of the Platform to such User, which shall be computed as follows: i) For Deposit Account: The entire amount lying in the Deposit Account, which shall be inclusive of any indirect taxes. ii) For Winnings Account: Team 11 will charge an upfront freezing fee (“Upfront Fee”) of INR X for all inactive accounts. 1. In conjunction with the Mobile Games developed by Third Party Game Developers, Team 11 offers fantasy sports to users on the Platform (“Team 11 SuperTeam / Team 11 Fantasy”). Team 11 SuperTeam/Team 11 Fantasy is a brand owned and operated by Team 11. It is an online-based fantasy sport that enables users to assemble their team comprised of real players engaging in genuine sporting competitions. Users participate in Team 11 SuperTeam/Team 11 Fantasy by leveraging their knowledge and skill of the underlying actual sport.
2. Rules for Team 11 SuperTeam / Team 11 Fantasy:
2.1. Team 11 SuperTeam / Team 11 Fantasy is an online fantasy sports contest where users are encouraged to pay money to partake in the game, granting them access to construct and act as owners of online teams (comprising real players or teams) that compete against online teams of other users, with results calculated based on statistics generated by the real individual sportspersons in specific designated professional sporting matches.
2.2. Users can engage in a Contest with other users without any participation restrictions, unless stated otherwise in the Rules or the Agreement. Users can participate by selecting any of the upcoming Contests linked to any current or upcoming real-world event.
2.3. All users, while selecting a fantasy team (“Fantasy Team”) for any match, are provided with the same budget. Any alterations in the budget shall be applied uniformly for all players. All users must select from the same list of players and are bound by the same rules while composing their respective teams. This implies that all users have identical maximum/minimum limits on the number of batsmen, bowlers, wicket-keepers, and all-rounders, and limits are equally placed on the number of players that can be selected from a specific real-life team.
2.4. Users can make adjustments to their Fantasy Teams until the registration deadline for the Contest. Users can create a Fantasy Team based on the credits they select. Users can select a maximum of 7 players from one playing side team. Users can create up to a maximum of 6 unique teams for a single Contest.
2.5. Fantasy Teams are awarded points based on the real-life sport’s players’ performances at the conclusion of a designated match, match tournament of the Contests. The participants whose Fantasy Teams achieve the highest aggregate scores in the Contests shall be declared winners. In certain pre-specified Contests, there may be more than one Winner, and the distribution of prizes to such Winners will be in increasing order of their team’s aggregate score at the end of the designated match of the Contests.
2.6. Users will not be provided with the opportunity or option to auto-complete or auto-fill their teams and/or responses within the Contest.
2.7. The ranks and credits of players fluctuate during a contest as the players perform in the real-life match. The Fantasy Team continues to earn points for Users’ chosen players’ performances. The points status displayed next to Users’ total points indicates if the match is in progress or completed.
2.8. Team 11 shall ensure that all Contests offered to the users participating in Team 11 SuperTeam are competitive and incorporate principles of fair-play. Team 11 is dedicated to ensuring the utmost levels of fairness and competitiveness in its Team 11 SuperTeam/Team 11 Fantasy. Rules for Fantasy Pro under Team 11 SuperTeam / Team 11 Fantasy:
3.1. Every user has the opportunity to earn additional rewards beyond their regular winnings in a specific Contest on the Platform (“Additional Winnings”) while participating in Team 11 Fantasy. This is facilitated through Fantasy Pro, an integral component of the Team 11 Fantasy ecosystem, aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of the game by providing players with more opportunities to showcase their strategic abilities.
3.2. ‘Fantasy Pro’ on Team 11 allows each user participating in a Contest to utilise a Fantasy Team created by another player, based on their expertise and skill in Team 11 Fantasy. This process is explained below:
● Registration: Player A and Player B register for a football match between India and New Zealand (“Contest”) by paying the Team 11 Platform fee. After successful registration, Player A creates their Fantasy Team to participate in the Contest.
● ‘Buy’: To earn additional winnings, Player A (“Proposer”) decides to offer their Fantasy Team (“Traded Team / Trade”) to be shared with other participants in the Contest in exchange for some minimum Additional Winnings.
● ‘Bid’*: Players registered in the Contest, intending to participate with Player A’s team (as Player A frequently features in leaderboards), offer Additional Winnings for Player A’s team. The highest Additional Winnings offered by Player B result in Player B being declared the new owner of Player A’s team. A contender can modify or withdraw their offer of Additional Winnings before it is accepted by the Proposer. Player B’s offer becomes invalid if Player C offers a higher amount of Additional Winnings to Player A.
● ‘Sell’*: Player B (“Contender”) successfully acquires Player A’s team by completing the payment of the offered Additional Winnings. The Traded Team is then re-registered to Player B’s account.
● Participation in the Contest: Player B can now participate in the Contest with the team copied from Player A. Player A, upon being declared the winner of the Additional Winnings, will exit the Contest with the earned Additional Winnings only. *The terminology used is for promotional purposes and to aid players’ understanding. For legal purposes, Fantasy Pro does not involve the transfer of digital assets or monetary transactions between players. It is an additional in-game feature designed to enhance the competitive environment and allow players to showcase their strategic prowess.
3.3. Sharing window: Players can propose or copy Traded Teams only between the start and conclusion of the Contest. Sharing will be disabled when the Contest transitions to the ‘Results’ tab.
3.4. Platform Fee: For each Fantasy Pro transaction, Team 11 will impose a Platform Fee for the service rendered by removing the Traded Team from the Proposer’s account post-verification of relevant details and re-registering it in the Contender’s account.
3.5. In Contests where a player can register with multiple teams, a player can propose each of the registered teams created by them. For instance, if a Contest allows each player to register with up to 3 teams, Player A can create and propose each of the 3 teams by inviting Additional Winning offers.
3.6. Any applicable taxes, levies, or duties on material prizes, including Additional Winnings, shall be borne by the Proposer of the Traded Team. Based on TDS (tax deducted at source) Rules for any game winnings in India, 31.2% TDS should be deducted on any Additional Winnings above Rs.10,000/- for a single Traded Team.
4. GAME OF SKILL
4.1. Team 11, in offering the Team 11 SuperTeam/Team 11 Fantasy game on the Platform, meticulously adheres to all central and state legislations in India to ensure comprehensive user protection. Team 11 SuperTeam/Team 11 Fantasy is meticulously crafted to align with all applicable statutes and regulations in India.
4.2. Team 11 SuperTeam/Team 11 Fantasy available on the Platform is categorised as a ‘game of skill’. Drawing from the precedents established by the judgments of the Punjab and Haryana High Court in Varun Gumber v. Union Territory of Chandigarh and the Bombay High Court in Gurdeep Singh Sachar v. Union of India and Others, games like Team 11 SuperTeam/Team 11 Fantasy are acknowledged as games of ‘mere skill’. The outcome is not contingent upon the success or failure of any specific real-world team, but rather hinges on the performance of each player chosen by a user. This process demands considerable skill, judgement, and discretion, relying heavily on one’s superior knowledge of the relevant sport, prudent judgement, and attention.
4.3. Classified as a game of skill, fantasy sports such as Team 11 SuperTeam/Team 11 Fantasy do not contravene the Public Gambling Act, 1867, and are thereby exempted from certain Indian gambling legislations. Nevertheless, users should be aware that due to legislative constraints in Restricted States, users situated in such regions are prohibited from engaging in Team 11 SuperTeam/Team 11 Fantasy. Team 11 Rummy and Poker In providing the Team 11 Rummy and Poker game on the Platform, Team 11 meticulously ensures compliance with all central and state legislations in India to safeguard user interests. Team 11 Rummy and Poker are intricately designed to align with all relevant statutes and regulations in India. Team 11 Rummy available on the Platform is categorised as a ‘game of skill’. Citing a 1967 Supreme Court judgement in State of Andhra Pradesh v. K. Satyanarayana, Rummy is recognized as a game of mere skill, and playing it does not constitute gambling. Over the past several decades, various High Courts have reiterated the apex court’s decision, affirming that law enforcement authorities cannot intervene in Rummy games played with stakes. In 1996, a three-judge bench of the Supreme Court reaffirmed its 1967 ruling, stating that games involving a significant and predominant degree of skill fall under the definition of ‘games of mere skill’. By virtue of its classification as a game of skill, Rummy and Poker do not violent the Public Gambling Act, 1867, and are thereby excluded from the purview of most state gaming legislations. Nonetheless, users should note that due to legislative or court-imposed restrictions in Restricted States, users located in such regions are prohibited from participating in Team 11 Rummy and Poker.
