1. GENERAL

1.1 RUDRA FUTURE SOFT PRIVATE LIMITED(“Team 11”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) is dedicated to safeguarding the private data that users (“You”, “Your”, “User”) provide to Team 11. By using the Team 11 mobile application (the “App”), you accept that the terms of this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) will apply to the collection, use, and retention of your personal information.

1.2 The Information Technology Act of 2000, its rules, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic documents and records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act of 2000 have formed this privacy policy, which is an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract. This privacy policy is a legally valid agreement between you and Team 11 and does not require your signature—physical, electronic, or digital.

1.3 We are concerned about our users’ privacy’. We are dedicated to protecting the privacy of our users while offering a useful and customised service.

1.4 The company does not rent or sell any user information to third parties. When you use the app, it may collect your device number and other personal information. We maintain a high standard of security for our users. However, it’s important to note that the transmission of information over the internet or telephone networks is not completely secure. While we make every effort to protect your information, especially your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted over the internet, telephone, or any other network

1.5 By using the platform and opening an account on it, you grant Team 11 and its affiliated companies permission to use your registered mobile number, profile name, profile picture, and contest winnings (“Your Profile Information”) for marketing purposes. Team 11 and its affiliated companies may use this information to display advertisements, promotions, offers, and other sponsored content on the platform and other marketing channels, such as digital channels, television, print, and publications, without obtaining your further consent or having to pay any compensation to you.

1.6 You also give Team 11 an exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works from Your Profile Information.

1.7 You acknowledge, represent, and agree that Your Profile Information or any associated materials will not infringe upon the rights of any third party or result in any claim that another party’s rights have been or will be violated due to Team 11’s use or publication of Your Profile Information. You understand and agree that you will be responsible to Team 11 for any damages or costs (including reasonable attorney fees) it may incur as a result of its use of Your Profile Information. You also acknowledge that you will not be entitled to any royalties for the use of your Profile Information by or through Team 11.

 

1.8 You understand and grant to Team 11, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and authorised agents all copyrights and derivative rights in Your Profile Information, as well as a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use, publish, re-publish, or reproduce Your Profile Information through any means Team 11 deems appropriate for the purposes stated above.

1.9 By utilising the Platform, you permanently waive any claims against Team 11 concerning the use of Your Profile Information and agree not to pursue any such claim or legal action in the future. You also relinquish any rights to review, modify, approve, or disapprove the content, layout, representation, presentation, or any other aspect of Your Profile Information as documented by Team 11 during your usage of the Platform.

1.10 Access to the content accessible through the App is contingent upon your acceptance of this Privacy Policy, which should be read alongside the terms and conditions of use (“Terms”). You acknowledge that this Privacy Policy, in conjunction with our Terms, constitutes our agreement with you regarding your use of the App (“Agreement”).

2. INFORMATION COLLECTION

2.1 Collection of Traffic Data

To facilitate the operation of the App, We automatically gather and track the following types of information when You utilise the App:

(i) IP addresses;

(ii) Domain servers; and

(iii) Other data related to Your device, Your device’s interaction with the App, and any applications used (collectively referred to as “Traffic Data”).

2.2 Collection of Personal Information

To operate the App, We may request that You provide certain personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”). Personal Information encompasses the following categories of data:

(i) Contact information (such as Your email address, phone number, and any details of Your contacts); and

(ii) Demographic information (such as Your time zone, postal address, and location details); and

If You communicate with Us via email or letter, any information contained in such communication may be collected by Team 11.

 

(iii) Financial information (such as Your account details, e-wallet details, credit or debit card information, etc., which You have provided Us for the disbursement of prizes and coupons).

2.3 Our App may transmit Your Personal Information to Our internal servers. We have implemented commercially reasonable physical, managerial, operational, and technical security measures to safeguard against loss, misuse, alteration, and unauthorised access to the Personal Information under Our care. Additionally, this information is utilised in accordance with applicable laws for our business purposes and to offer You useful features.

2.4 Our App may include links to third-party websites or applications. You acknowledge and understand that the privacy policies of these websites are not within Our control. Upon leaving Our servers, any information You provide will be subject to the privacy policy of the operator of the site You are using.

3. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

3.1 Your Personal Information is not shared with any third parties except for Team 11’s affiliates or trusted businesses or individuals, in strict adherence to and compliance with Our Privacy Policy and other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

3.2 We make every effort to utilise information in an aggregated form (where individual Users cannot be identified) for the following purposes:

3.2.1 Creating marketing profiles and conducting communications through digital channels such as WhatsApp;

3.2.2 Assisting in strategic development, data collection, and business analytics;

3.2.3 Facilitating the seamless and prompt delivery of prizes and coupons to You;

3.2.4 Managing Our relationships with advertisers and partners;

3.2.5 Auditing the usage of the App; and

3.2.6 Enhancing the User experience with the App (collectively referred to as “Permitted Use”).

3.3 We retain the right to disclose Personal Information if required by law or if We believe it is necessary to protect and defend the rights, property, or personal safety of Team 11, the App, or Our Users.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY

4.1 Except as stated otherwise in this Privacy Policy, We will maintain the confidentiality of Your Personal Information and will not disclose it to third parties, unless We believe in good

 

faith that disclosure of Your Personal Information or any other information collected about You is necessary for Permitted Use or to:

4.1.1 Comply with a court order or other legal process;

4.1.2 Protect the rights, property, or safety of Team 11 or another party;

4.1.3 Enforce the Agreement, including the Terms; or

4.1.4 Respond to claims that any posting or other content violates the rights of third parties.

5. SECURITY

5.1 We take the security of Your Personal Information seriously. We adhere to generally accepted industry standards to safeguard the Personal Information submitted to Us, both during transmission and upon receipt. All information collected on Our Website is securely stored within Our controlled database. This database is housed on servers secured behind a firewall, with access to the servers being password-protected and strictly limited.

5.2 While We take all reasonable precautions to maintain Personal Information in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to the public, it’s important to understand that complete security cannot be guaranteed. We do not warrant that there will be no inadvertent disclosures of Your Personal Information. 9.1 Team 11 does not make any claims, promises, or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of the content available through the App and explicitly disclaims liability for any errors or omissions in the content available through the App.

9.2 No warranty of any kind, whether implied, expressed, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of non-infringement of third-party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and freedom from computer viruses, is provided with respect to the content available through the App or its links to other internet resources that may be accessible through the App.

9.3 Any reference in the App to specific commercial products, processes, or services, or the use of any trade, firm, or corporation name, is provided for informational and public convenience purposes only and does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or preference by Team 11.

10. Account Deletion And Deletion of Personal Data

1. a) You have the option to delete your Account, along with any personal data you have submitted to our platform, at any time by accessing the “Delete Account” feature in the Team 11 Pro mobile application. To do so, navigate to the Hamburger Menu (Top Left) –> Profile

–> Menu option (Top Right) –> Delete Account.

If you encounter any difficulties initiating the account deletion process or deleting any personal data you have submitted, please contact us at help@team11app.in.

1. b) Upon requesting Account Deletion on the Platform, we will process your request within the timeline communicated to you at the time of submission. We will confirm acceptance of the Account Deletion request within 12 hours, and your Account will be deleted within 15 days of acceptance.

 

1. c) Please be aware that Account Deletion, including the deletion of any associated personal data, is irreversible. Once deleted, your Account cannot be restored, even if you wish to return to the Platform or have deleted the Account accidentally, or if your Account has been compromised or lost control of.

1. d) Any Winnings that remain unwithdrawn in your Account will be forfeited upon Account Deletion. Please ensure that any remaining balance in your Account is withdrawn before initiating Account Deletion.

1. e) The following actions will occur to Your Content once your Account is deleted, in accordance with our Privacy Policy:

1. Any accumulated Bonus Coins in your Account will be forfeited.
2. For Cash Players, any remaining funds in your Account balance will be refunded to the original payment method within 15 working days after Account Deletion. If the associated Payment Information has expired, the balance funds will be forfeited to us. We recommend updating the Payment Information before requesting deletion.
3. Any remaining balance (including Bonus Coins, Cash Prizes) in your Account at the time of deletion will be forfeited.
4. Transaction details, including KYC verification and withdrawal beneficiary information, may be retained as required by Applicable Laws and for purposes outlined in the ‘Notices’ section, and in cooperation with law enforcement agencies as per the ‘Team 11 Community Guidelines’.
5. Your gameplay history may be retained as required by Applicable Law and for purposes outlined in the ‘Team 11 Community Guidelines’.
